The
Manitoba Elk Growers Association (MEGA) represents
the producers of farmed elk and elk products in
Manitoba. First formed in the 1980's, the
Association has continued to improve its services to
its members. Currently, in 2007, there are about 35
elk farmers in Manitoba with close to 3500 farmed
elk.
MEGA members focus on producing pure Manitoban elk
and high quality elk products.
